Shipping Policy

Our processing time starts the minute your order is confirmed and may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

You can request that your online order be ready for curbside or in-store pickup.

Shipping is subject to product availability. In the case where inventory for a selected item is no longer available, that item will be removed from your order and all other items will be shipped.

OOH LA LA offers free standard shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $100.00. In the US free standard shipping is offered on orders over $500.00 and International free standard shipping on orders over $1000.00.

Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

A standard shipping rate of $10.00 will be added to orders under $100.00 in Canada. $25.00 will be added to US orders under $500.00. $50.00 will be added to International orders under $1000.00

Shipping Restrictions
Orders with a name and shipping address different from the billing name and address will not be accepted. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
